My teenage son was taken from me by CPS here in Washington state June 2015 without any evidence to support their allegations. The case is still in court process both the trial and admin level. I have not seen or spoken to my son since CPS removed him from the detention center. I was denied shelter care hearing, the commissioner would not even look at my evidence. One of the attorneys I had never even help subpeona medical or school records.
The judge's clerk has had involvement with the child and overnight visits with the child during the parents trial. The judge claims to be unaware of this until February 23, 2017 when the clerk filed to adopt the child. The child is my nephew and I have tried to get guardianship/custody of. I was denied due to my income, however Cps has tried to deny our biological relationship from the beginning. I find it very convenient for cps, Orchards Foster facility and the judicial system to have been unaware of this judge's clerks involvement...
My boyfriends kids were taken out of his house my boyfriend is falsely accused of not being able to take care of his son that has mental illness, not enough room in his house (which they helped him get it) and his kids missing 26 days out of the school year cause of an unreliable vehicle CPS is saying it's neglect. The CPS caseworker has it out for my Boyfriend and his ex wife we really need your help.

I am a mother in rural virginia. My fiance is a war veteran and loving father. We need someone to give us a voice. We are being wrongfully targeted by what is known as Child Protective Services. I have proof of the corruption and fraud. The false statements made to attempt to terminate our rights with our oldest child and the removal of our 5 month old. There is something very wrong here. They are acting as an adoption agency trying to give the foster parents our babies.
