Hi I'm reaching out for help . I was raising two of my granddaughter's and Jefferson county co. Cps took the wrongly. The foster parents adopted the older one . My granddaughter contacted me last night and said the dad is beating her badly she told the school. The therapist who did our visits the mother and no one will help her. She is afraid he is going to kill her.
Suri was seen because she was losing her voice/hoarseness and Silas was seen because he had a horrible cough they were both said to have had an upper respiratory infection. December 27, 2016, a Sunday after church, Silas was extremely fussy. My mom asked me to help her take his shirt off because it was a little tight. Taking his shirt off I had to pull a little harder than normal. Afterwards, we put him in the playpen and he continued to be extremely fussy, causing concern. My mom picked him up and I put his arm on her shoulder and it was limp! No question about it, my husband and I we went back to the ER. I explained to them
In 2013 my husband and I went to daughters house to pick up our grandchildren. Judge Wildlife told them the need to make sure we are signed up for foster care. Went back to court in February of 2014 DHS, foster care, or CPS had not set us up to become a foster home. Judge reprimanded the workers for being derelict in their duty. When asked why they had not followed his orders they said that they did not believe we could pass their tests.
in short cps took two children claiming child abuse. one got sick in school and our new born never left the hospital we have been in court going on four years fired three sell out attorneys now cour appointed.
I apologize for the length, but I have a question / need some insight. My sister has had issues with CPS for quite a while (legitimate drug related problems). CPS tried to terminate rights (for a little over 8 months), during this period they constantly tried to get her to voluntarily terminate rights in exchange for ~2 visits a year under the guise they were concerned that if she went to court she would lose all rights.
