My five year old was beat by his father and cps didn't take him until the 4th incident the father of my five year is also was also sleeping with the case worker on that case they never notified me about his cps case I didn't find out until the removal then I also have three other kids I was living at a shelter and I was late picking my son up and cps was called and they took my kids the same woman who was sleeping with my five year old father which he is not in jail for what he did then the story has change four times about why they took my kids they first said it's because I signed a paper saying my kids was staying at the hospital with me and that was not true then they said it was because my cousin was holding my baby and the people at the shelter didn't know who she was then it changed again
a story that involved a Lakeway Elementary Teacher who filed a CPS report in bad faith to get back at a parent for questioning the quality of her teaching. Now the child can’t finish school this year, because of state and the ISD’s law regarding access to children via cps on public property. The child’s and parent’s constitutional rights are not protected on public property.
I've been dealing with michigans corruption since 2011. They have now illegally stolen my disabled daughter from me twice now since 2011 for monitary gain. My mother and sister are also using her as a weapon as perpatrator and my mother share 50/50 custody while I was ordered no contact. My youngest and I had to flee michigan last june after CPS started coming after my youngest and I was falsely incarcerated for contempt for not allowing her father contact with a no contact order from hospital after proof of my daughter being PENETRATED!
Both me and my wife were viciously accused and charged during a silent indictment. Here in Wayne Wv our story begins now.Our children are in a temporary foster placement they were put in unfairly by CPS Worker Heather Maynez. The foster mother had our babies tell terrible lies on us in her efforts to keep receiving cash allotments for our children.
